• Go to grimytrader.com
    Make an account (it might take a couple of tries. slow page)
  • Go to the galactic script bank.
    Download TWXProxy from grimytrader.
    Download cherokee's public scripts.
    Download Rammar's Team SDT script.
    Download Sentinel.
    Download sst+sj.
    Download D's stardock survival toolkit.
    Download Ck's buydown.
    Quick trans-port/transwarp colonize and wait script for those low-colonists days.
  • Install twxproxy.
  • Copy all the scripts to the scripts subdirectory.
  • Run twxproxy. Right click on on the icon
  • Select Setup
  • Click Add. Enter a useful name the target host, target port, and number of sectors
  • Click on the *inner* OK button.
  • Click on the outer OK button.
  • Load your favorite tradewars client (telnet, swath, whatever).
  • Direct your favorite tradewars client to connect to localhost port 23
    This will only work if you clicked OK twice and TWXProxy is listening on your computer's telnet port.
  • Right click on the TWXProxy icon and click connect.

  • To access the twxproxy menu, type $
    Careful, don't press $X. TWXproxy will quit and you get to start over.
    How to run a script: type $ss followed by the script name. Example: $sssdt.cts.
